ಕಾರವಾರ: ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಸೌಹಾರ್ದಯುತವಾಗಿ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಮಾಧಾನ ಸಮಾರೋಹ-2026 ಎಂಬ ವಿಶೇಷ ಲೋಕ ಅದಾಲತ್ ಅನ್ನು ಅ. 21, 22 ಮತ್ತು 23 ರಂದು ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹಿರಿಯ ಸಿವಿಲ್
ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾನೂನು ಸೇವೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ದಿವ್ಯಶ್ರೀ ಸಿ.ಎಂ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತರ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ 34 ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿದ್ದು, ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 17 ಕೌಟುಂಬಿಕ, 9 ಸಿವಿಲ್, 2 ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ಅಪಘಾತ ಪರಿಹಾರ, 1 ಭೂ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನ, 1 ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ವಿವಾದ, 1 ಚೆಕ್ ಅಮಾನ್ಯ, 2 ತೆರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ 1 ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಅ. 21 ರಿಂದ ಅ.23 ರವರೆಗೆ ನಡೆಯುವ ಸಮಾಧಾನ ಸಮಾರೋಹ್ ವಿಶೇಷ ಲೋಕ ಅದಾಲತ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ಪೂರ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿಗೆ ತ್ವರಿತಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ವಿಶೇಷ ಲೋಕ ಅದಾಲತ್ ಸದುಪಯೋಗ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಅದಾಲತ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿಸಲು ಗೂಗಲ್ ಶಿಟ್ ಲಿಂಕ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಥವಾ ಹತ್ತಿರದ ತಾಲೂಕು ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾನೂನು ಸೇವೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ ಮೂಲಕ ಸೇರಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಪ್ರಪ್ರಥಮ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಸಮಾಧಾನ ಸಮಾರೋಹ್ ವಿಶೇಷ ಲೋಕ ಅದಾಲತ್ ದೇಶದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಆಯೋಜಿಸದ್ದು, ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಅದಾಲತ್ ಮೂಲಕ ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸುವರ್ಣಾವಕಾಶವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಇದರ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
A special Lok Adalat titled “Samadhana Samaroh–2026” will be held for three days on October 21, 22, and 23 to facilitate the amicable settlement of pending cases in the Supreme Court, said Divyashree C.M., Senior Civil Judge and Member Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority.
She stated that a total of 34 cases related to Uttara Kannada district are currently pending before the Supreme Court. These include 17 family disputes, 9 civil cases, 2 motor accident compensation claims, 1 land acquisition case, 1 labour dispute, 1 cheque dishonour case, 2 tax-related cases, and 1 service matter. These identified cases can be resolved during the special Lok Adalat scheduled between October 21 and 23.
The public in the district can take advantage of this special Lok Adalat to ensure speedy disposal of both pre-litigation and pending court cases. Citizens can also submit their Supreme Court cases for inclusion in the Adalat through a Google Sheet link or by approaching the nearest taluk or district legal services authorities.
Notably, this is the first time the Supreme Court is organizing the Samadhana Samaroh special Lok Adalat across the country. It offers a significant opportunity for litigants to resolve their disputes efficiently through this special forum, and the public has been urged to make the most of this initiative.
