ಹಿಜಾಬ್ ನಿಷೇಧ ಆದೇಶ ವಾಪಸ್ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ, ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಓಲೈಕೆ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ, ಇದು ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ವಿರೋಧಿ: ಸುದರ್ಶನ ಎಂ

ಮಂಗಳೂರು: ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದುರಾಡಳಿತ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರ ಓಲೈಕೆಗೊಸ್ಕರ ಹಿಜಾಬ್ ನಿಷೇಧ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ವಾಪಸ್ ಪಡೆಯುವ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿರುವ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ಆಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದನ್ನು ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ಖಂಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.  ಹಿಜಾಬ್ ಆದೇಶ ವಾಪಸ್ ಪಡೆಯದೆ ಸಮವಸ್ತ್ರ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಘಟಕದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸುದರ್ಶನ್ ಎಂ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ವಿವಿಧತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕತೆ ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದಿರುವ ಈ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಜಾತೀಯತೆಯ ವಿಷ ಬೀಜವನ್ನು ಬಿತ್ತಿ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರ ಹೋಲಿಕೆ ರಾಜಕಾರಣವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರಿಮದಲೇ ಈ ದೇಶ ತುಂಡಾಗಿರುವ ಕರಾಳ ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಕಂಡಿದೆ. ಶಾಲಾ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾನತೆ ಕೂಡಿರಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಸಮವಸ್ತ್ರ ನೀತಿ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಈ ನೀತಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಿಜಾಬ್ ನಿಷೇಧ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಈ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವನ್ನು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಜತೆಗೆ ಸಮಸ್ತ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಕೂಡ ಎತ್ತಿ ಹಿಡಿದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಹಿಜಾಬ್ ನಿಷೇಧಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಕೈ ಹಾಕಬಾರದು. ಈ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತುಷ್ಠೀಕರಣ ರಾಜಕಾರಣವನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಹೊದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸುದರ್ಶನ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

The statement by Siddaramaiah, who is ruling the state badly, that he has decided to withdraw the hijab ban order for the sake of Muslims is an anti-constitutional statement and it is strongly condemned. District president of Dakshina Kannada district BJP unit Sudarshan M has demanded in an announcement that the uniform policy should be implemented without withdrawing the hijab order.

In this country which has been maintaining unity in diversity, the Congress has sown the poisonous seeds of casteism and made comparison politics of minorities, this country has seen a dark history of being torn apart. A uniform policy is in place with the aim of ensuring equality among students in schools and colleges. When the previous BJP government banned hijab in line with this policy, the High Court upheld this decision. He also said that the entire policy has been upheld by the Supreme Court.

Chief Minister Siddaramaiah should not put his hands on hijab ban for any reason. Appeasement politics in this state should be stopped immediately. If not, Sudharshan warned that the BJP will hold a massive protest in the coming days.
