ಸಿರಸಿ: ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಬುಗುಡಿಕೊಪ್ಪ ಬಳಿಯ ಸೇತುವೆ ತಡೆಗೋಡೆಗೆ ಜಾನುವಾರ ಸಾಗಣೆಯ ವಾಹನವು ಡಿಕ್ಕಿ ಹೊಡೆದು ಒಂದು ಜಾನುವಾರು ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ್ದು, ಇಬ್ಬರು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.
ಚಾಲನ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು ವಾಹನವು ತಡೆಗೋಡೆಗೆ ಡಿಕ್ಕಿ ಹೊಡೆದಿದೆ. ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡವರು ಹಾನಗಲ್ ಮೂಲದವರು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದು ಬಂದಿದೆ. ವಾಹನದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರು ಜಾನುವಾರುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಗಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಔಾಹನ ಡಿಕ್ಕಿ ಹೊಡೆದ ರಭಸಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದು ಜಾನುವಾರು ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಡಿವೈಎಸ್ಪಿ ಗಣೇಶ್‌ ಕೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಬನವಾಸಿ ಠಾಣೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಘಟನೆ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವಾಹನದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾನುವಾರುಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂಸಾತ್ಮಕ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಗಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದು ಬಂದಿದೆ.
A cattle transport vehicle collided with a bridge barrier near Bugudikoppa in the taluk, killing one cattle and seriously injuring two others.
The vehicle lost control and hit a barrier. It is learned that the injured are from Hanagal. Six cattle were being transported in the vehicle. DySP Ganesh K said that one cattle died due to the impact of the vehicle.
Banavasi station police visited the incident site and conducted an investigation. It is learned that cattle were being transported in a violent manner in the vehicle.
