ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದ ಮಹಾ ಗಣಪತಿ ವಿಸರ್ಜನೆ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರ್ ತಾವೇ ಓಡಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಕಚೇರಿಯಿಂದ ವಿಸರ್ಜನಾ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಗಾಗಿ ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಸಿಂಗಾರ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಸ್ವತಃ ಶಾಸಕ ಭೀಮಣ್ಣ ನಾಯ್ಕ್‌ ಅವರು ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿದರು. 15 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಘಟಕದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಅವರು ಇದೇ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಶಾಸಕರಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಆಗಿರುವ ಖುಷಿಯ ಜತೆಗೆ ಗಣೇಶ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಸಂಭ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಪಾದಯಾತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡ ಭಾಗಿ ಆಗಿದ್ದರು.
