ದಾಂಡೇಲಿ: ಉತ್ತರ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ದಾಂಡೇಲಿ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಯೊಂದರಲ್ಲಿ 14 ಮಂದಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ಕೈ ಪರಚಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಘಟನೆ ಶನಿವಾರ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಘಟನೆ ತಡವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆತ್ಮಹತ್ಯೆಗೆ ಯತ್ನಿಸಿದಾರಾ ಎನ್ನುವ ಸಂಶಯ ಉಂಟಾಗಿದೆ.
8 ಹಾಗೂ 9ನೇ ತರಗತಿ 14 ಮಂದಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕೈಗೆ ಪರಿಚಿಕೊಂಡು ಗಾಯ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿದರೆ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಉತ್ತರವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಪೋಷಕರ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ತರಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈ ಘಟನೆ ಶಾಲಾ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ದಾಂಡೇಲಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆರೋಗ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದು ಬಂದಿದೆ.
ಈ ಘಟನೆ ಕುರಿತು ಸಿರಸಿ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಡಿಡಿಪಿಐ ಬಸವರಾಜ್ ಅವರು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಭಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಮ್ಮ ಬೈದರು ಎಂಬ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ತಾವೇ ಗುಲಾಬಿ ಗಿಡದ ಮುಳ್ಳಿನಿಂದ ಕೈ ಪರಚಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ. ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಜತೆಗೆ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಸಮಗ್ರವಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೂ ಕೂಡ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಿನ ನಿಗಾ ಇಡುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
